¡Lo primero es presentarse!

          Mi nombre es Estefanía, tengo 30 años y soy de Sevilla. Soy curiosa, divertida, abierta y si algo me encanta en este mundo ademas de la repostería y la literatura, es hablar, de cualquier cosa, el caso es hablar. Definitivamente, soy la hermana mayor de Dori, la amiga de Nemo, tengo la memoria de tres segundos y hay gente a la que le hace gracia pero la verdad es que no tiene ninguna gracia cuando una está intentando averiguar donde aparcó el coche... 

          Siempre me ha gustado considerarme a mi misma como una persona culta y tolerante con la que se puede hablar de todo, no siempre voy a estar de acuerdo con los demas, las opiniones son como los culos todo el mundo tiene uno, pero al menos creo que tengo empatía suficiente como para ponerme en tu lugar.

          Hacía tiempo que me rondaba la cabeza esto de abrir un blog, despues de que bastante gente me comentara que debería hacerlo. Me encanta hacer repostería como hobby, me divierto muchísimo creando decoraciones y llevando acabo recetas y sobretodo me encanta usar de conejillos de indias a mis conocidos. Espero tener la constancia que esto requiere, aunque cuelgue cosas de cuando en cuando, que mi tiempo libre a veces escasea y hay que saber administrarlo. Y bueno, una vez hecha las presentaciones lo unico que queda es sacar un hueco y escribir la primera entrada. Empezaré con las recetas que ya he ido haciendo anteriormente así que...

          My name is Estefanía, I'm 30 years old and I'm from Seville, Spain. I'm curious, funny, open minded and if its something I love in this world aside from bakery and literature is... talk... It doesn't matter about what, the thing is 'Talk'. Definately I'm the older sister of Dori, Nemo's best friend, I got three seconds memory and there is people that thinks this is funny but It's not funny at all when you try to figure out where you parked the car... 

          I have always considered myself someone cultivated and reasonable with which you can talk about everything. Sure I'm not going to think like you always, points of view are like the asses everyone has his own, but at least I think I have enough empathy to put my self in your shoes.

          I thought about writting a blog since a few months, after a lot of people told me to do it. I love bakery so much as a hobby, I love to create new decorations and recipes, and of course I love watch people eat my cakes (So I dont have to get fat haha). Hope to have the patience it requires, I will try to write as ofter as I can because I don't have so much free time and I have to know how to manage it. Well, now I introduced myself I just have to write an entry. I think I will start with something I have already done so...
